Under The Stars Dinner Experience is a new format of exclusive healthy dinner in collaboration with a well-known TV chef.
An unmissable event in which to taste a menu that combines healthy local food and Middle Eastern flavors with exceptional DOCG bubbles in a magical setting like that of Duca di Dolle.
Oysters in ghost pesto.
Grilled octopus tartare, confit cherry tomato jelly, parsley and lemon ice cream, jacket potatoes.
Bigoli with saffron, with bisque, chopped shrimps, black lime and mint.
Low-temperature kid cooked underground and Gialét bean salad.
Ricotta cheese, mushroom, summer truffle and walnut ice cream with Prosecco sauce and wild herbs.
Maamoul – orange blossom semolina pastry filled with dates, nuts, berries, dark chocolate and almonds.
Each dish will be accompanied by a specific Duca di Dolle DOCG wine.
